The Self-Fulfilling Prophecy of Productivity Paranoia

Imagine John Doe, an employee who transitioned to remote work seamlessly, maintaining his overall productivity. Suddenly, John becomes self-conscious about his own contributions, leading to distraction, disengagement, and burnout.
